Job summary

Cardiff, Inc. in the United States is seeking a strategic, executive-level Director of Partnerships to lead creator acquisition, influencer relations, and performance-driven content. You will bridge relationship management and performance marketing to build scalable content pipelines.

You will own the partnership strategy, negotiate contracts, secure licensing and exclusivity, supervise production, and align paid media across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading creator partnerships, influencer programs, or UGC production in a high-growth DTC or performance marketing setting.
• Experience negotiating licensing agreements and managing substantial marketing budgets.
• Strong command of direct-response metrics, hooks, testing, and creative optimization.
• Solid understanding of IP law, copyright, and FTC disclosure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the creator partnership roadmap to feed direct-response assets into paid channels.
• Oversee creator discovery, relationship management, and community-building across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create SOPs for onboarding, seeding, fulfillment, and asset turnaround times.
• Build long-term ambassador relationships to secure ongoing content pipelines.
• Own enterprise-level deal negotiations and licensing terms with legal coordination.
• Direct budget tracking and ROI analysis to reduce CAC through volume and efficiency.
