Prosana is hiring a creative strategist to lead an aggressive testing and learning program for Meta ads. You will craft hooks, angles and avatars, then convert insights into 15 new concepts weekly with your editor team.

You will own the research-to-results pipeline, optimize campaigns with a data-first mindset, and scale winning formats across beauty-focused DTC initiatives. Remote-friendly, with strong budget support and growth potential.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years as a direct response marketer or creative strategist.
• A concept you authored spent $100K+ profitably or $1M+/mo on Meta.
• Think in hooks, awareness levels, angles and avatars.
• Research-first approach; ads are made in the research.

Aufgaben

• Dig through Reddit threads, reviews, comments and ad libraries to find unspoken pain.
• Write hooks in the customer's words and produce 15 net-new concepts weekly.
• Find new angles, formats and avatars to expand reach and spend.
• Write direct-response scripts and copy for Meta to drive clicks and conversions.
• Read data (hook rate, hold rate, CPA, ROAS) and iterate based on findings.
• Run tight feedback loops to ensure learnings improve next rounds.
• Build creative strategies for new product launches to generate traction.
