PetLab Co. is seeking a Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing) to bridge the media buying and creative teams. You will leverage data to craft high-converting ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube and partner with Paid Media, Video, Organic Social, and Influencer teams to scale customer acquisition.

You’ll own ideation, scripting, and production briefs, testing strategies, and performance optimization to drive revenue for a 9-figure DTC business. Remote in the USA with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative strategy or performance creative roles.
• Experience with high-growth paid social brands in the DTC space.
• Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into creative decisions.
• Portfolio of direct-response ad concepts or campaigns with measurable results.
• Experience briefing or directing creators or UGC production.
• Excellent communication and data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Performance Auditing: analyze metrics in ad platforms and identify patterns.
• Creative Ideation & Scriptwriting: develop big ideas and direct-response scripts.
• Production Management & Creative Briefing: brief creators and manage asset libraries.
