Job summary

Game Centralen is seeking a Project Manager for Creative Services on a contract basis. The role is remote in the US (Pacific Hours) for ~2 months at $80 per hour.

You will manage intake, prioritization, scheduling, and the asset calendar, ensuring timely delivery across Marketing, Community, and Art. You will shepherd reviews, approvals, and feedback loops, flag risks early, and coordinate with freelancers and vendors to keep the creative pipeline moving.

Qualifications

• Several years of project management or producing experience for creative or marketing teams.
• Experience managing artists, designers, or other creatives through intake, review, and delivery.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort escalating early.

Responsibilities

• Intake, prioritization, and scheduling across functions.
• Track deadlines for game updates, social campaigns, and community events.
• Reviews, approvals, and feedback loops between stakeholders and creative leads.
• Early risk flagging and escalation with proposed fixes.
• Cross-functional communication between creative, marketing, community, production, and publishing.
• Coordinate and track work with freelancers and vendors.
