Manifold is seeking a Creative Project Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle of creative initiatives, from concept to print production and install. You will manage workback schedules, trackers, and status reports, coordinating design work and ensuring on-time, on-brand delivery across Account, Creative, and Production teams.

You will flag risks early, maintain dashboards, and collaborate with leadership to optimize resourcing, while supporting multiple workstreams in a fully remote US role.

Formación

• 3+ years in project management or creative operations (agency/studio/in-house).
• Proactive in following leads to find answers.
• Strong record-keeping for multiple concurrent projects.
• Solid workback schedules and deadlines management.
• Ability to coordinate creative work across Creative, Account, and Production.
• Sharp judgment; spots risks and blockers early.
• Collaborative, low-ego style; stays calm under shifting priorities.
• Willing to wear many hats and support as needed.
• Industry experience in top-tier creative agency or in-house marketing (preferred).
• Hands-on fabrication/print production experience (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Own master workback schedules and align timelines across teams.
• Work with design counterparts to ensure deadlines and deliverables are clear and achieved.
• Keep deadlines accurate and current across internal and client workback documents.
• Maintain a centralized tracker and dashboard with deliverables, deadlines, links, and status updates.
• Drive internal accountability through regular communications, including weekly status reports.
• Keep the Creative Director and Creative Services Manager informed on project health.
• Coordinate and manage all design requests from Account and Production, prioritizing by timeline and urgency.
• Communicate regularly with Account and Production on deliverable status and progress.
• Identify upcoming deliverables with Producers and Creative, flagging risks or blockers.
• Monitor bandwidth and resourcing with Creative leadership.
• Track scope and hours against plan, flagging overages early.
