Job summary

Skill is seeking an experienced Freelance Creative Project Manager to support Wrapped workstreams from concept to final delivery. You will help the Creative Operations Lead manage timelines, tasks, and internal team coordination while ensuring high-quality output.

This remote role requires EST time zone availability and a proactive, organized approach to handle multiple projects, risk mitigation, and brand guideline adherence, with focus on efficient asset management and cross-team

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a creative/advertising environment.
• Experience with project management software and Google Workspace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the creative process (design, video, content).
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Define scope and timelines for Wrapped project.
• Create detailed task schedules and assign to creative teams.
• Coordinate communication between brand, creative teams and producers.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks or scope creep and implement solutions.
• Review deliverables for quality and brand guidelines.
• Organize and manage project assets and final deliverables.
