Wow Remote Teams is seeking a Creative Production Manager (Part-Time) to coordinate creative workflows while working remotely from the United States. The role emphasizes end-to-end project management, clear stakeholder communication, and strong organizational discipline in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee intake, timelines, and asset delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency. This position supports marketing campaigns with flexible scheduling and collaboration across distributed teams.

Formación

• Proven experience in creative production, project coordination, or job trafficking.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows and production processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and design collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with email builders such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing structure.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end flow of creative projects, from intake to final delivery.
• Coordinate communication between clients and design teams to ensure alignment.
• Track project timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Organize and maintain systems for efficient job trafficking and workflow management.
• Review incoming requests and assign tasks based on team capacity and deadlines.
• Ensure quality control and consistency before delivering final assets to clients.
• Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and turnaround times.
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to support campaign execution.
