Job summary

inBeat Agency is seeking a Mid-Level Creative Project Manager to lead standard-to-moderately complex Creative, UGC and Influencer Marketing projects. You will turn briefs into delivery plans, coordinate creator-driven workflows, and maintain day-to-day client communication from kickoff through closeout.

The role involves owning project delivery within an established program, making day-to-day decisions, anticipating risks, and escalating higher-impact issues to seniors when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Project/Production/Program or Account Management within creative or marketing environments.
• Hands-on experience with Creative, UGC or Influencer Marketing projects is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders and deliverables within scope and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage standard-to-moderately complex Creative, UGC and Influencer Marketing projects for assigned clients.
• Translate briefs and SOWs into practical plans, timelines and responsibilities.
• Serve as day-to-day client-facing contact, communicating progress and risks clearly.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from briefing to closeout.
• Track scope, timelines, budget and risks; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate across Creative, Strategy, Paid Media and Account teams.
• Onboard and coordinate external partners and creators.
• Maintain project docs, workflows and status reporting.
• Build trusted client relationships through dependable delivery.
• Share process improvements and templates with the PM team.
• Support junior PMs with guidance and feedback.
