You’ll be assigned to multiple high-priority clients, coordinating across Creative Strategists, Performance Analysts, and Influencer Leads. The role blends creative and analytical work, leveraging AI tools and proprietary systems to move campaigns forward.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similarly detailed cross-functional role.
• Proficient written communication; comfortable working with data and creative teams; proactive and detail-oriented.
• Experience with AI tools in workflow.
• Fluent in Asana, Google Sheets, Slack and modern AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations across multiple high-priority accounts with Creative Strategists, Performance Analysts, and Influencer Leads.
• Track deliverables, coordinate across creative, strategy, and performance teams, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Write creative briefs for senior review and refine ad copy using AI workflows; perform competitor research and brand deep-dives.
• QA new creative against brief and brand guidelines; review raw footage to flag the best clips for editors.
• Maintain the operational backbone of projects, ensuring timelines and handoffs are smooth.
