Job summary

Fat Earth Media is a fast-growing creative performance marketing agency focused on purpose-driven brands. This role manages day-to-day project delivery, coordinating cross-client initiatives from kickoff to final delivery within a dynamic agency setting.

You will lead project planning, timelines, and documentation while serving as the primary contact for clients, ensuring alignment on timelines, feedback, approvals, and next steps across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of project management experience within a marketing, creative, advertising, ecommerce, or similar agency environment.
• Experience independently managing multiple client accounts, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience managing social content and/or lifecycle/email marketing workflows within an agency environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key day-to-day point of contact for project-related client communications, keeping stakeholders aligned on timelines, deliverables, feedback, approvals, and next steps.
• Manage a variety of deliverables, with a primary focus on social content and lifecycle/email marketing, as well as other digital, creative, and occasional print initiatives.
• Lead internal and external kickoffs, status meetings, project reviews, and handoffs.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of project management experience within a marketing, creative, advertising, ecommerce, or similar agency environment.
