Job summary

Fat Earth Media, part of Red Antler, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the day-to-day management of multiple client accounts from a remote location in the United States. You will maintain timelines, gather feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables across social content, lifecycle/email marketing, and other digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of project management experience in marketing/creative/advertising or similar agency environment.
• Experience independently managing multiple client accounts and priorities.
• Experience owning day-to-day client communication with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day project management across multiple client accounts from kickoff to final delivery.
• Be the primary client point of contact for project communications, timelines, and approvals.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and documentation across workstreams.
• Manage deliverables focused on social content and lifecycle/email marketing, plus other digital assets.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, lifecycle, and growth teams to keep work moving.
• Lead kickoffs, status meetings, and handoffs; manage feedback and revision cycles.
• Monitor scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks; escalate when needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and QA standards with strong attention to detail.
• Keep ClickUp and other systems up to date; seek workflow improvements.
• Develop strong client relationships by staying organized, responsive, and solutions-focused.
