Job summary

Mondo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a high-volume creative production team. You will act as the single point of contact across billing, timing, resources, and deliverables for a broad client portfolio.

Responsibilities include managing 10–15 clients and 100 deliverables concurrently, leading communications, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring on-time delivery. This is a remote contract role with EST/CST availability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience, including 1–2 years in creative project management.
• Hands-on Workfront experience with task assignment and scheduling.
• Experience managing 100+ projects or deliverables simultaneously.
• Familiar with print, media, email, and meta campaigns.
• Waterfall methodology and task-based project management approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of simultaneous projects across 10–15 clients and 100 deliverables.
• Determine course of action, allocate resources, and prioritize activities to meet briefs.
• Lead project communications, kickoff meetings, and weekly status updates.
• Identify scheduling issues and coordinate with marketing, account, and creative teams.
• Secure resources and prioritize work to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Forecast work across client lists with account management and leadership.
• Process timesheets, utilization reports, expenses, and vendor invoices promptly.
