Job summary

Boutique Creative Studio is seeking a part-time contract PM who can blend content leadership with hands-on project management. You will own campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinating designers, developers and freelancers while shaping content strategy, editorial direction and brand messaging.

This remote role favors East Coast hours and offers flexibility to grow with the business. You will balance client-facing communication, budget and scope control, and hands-on content tasks such as

Qualifications

• Background in content strategy, content marketing, copywriting, editorial or brand and meaningful hands-on project management experience.
• Genuine love for organization, timelines, systems, process, and keeping moving pieces straight.
• Comfortable owning client communication and leading meetings.
• Understanding of how creative work gets made and how to keep it moving without stifling creativity.
• Strong writing and editing with instincts on voice, messaging and storytelling.
• Curiosity about new tools, AI, automation and smarter ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from kickoff to delivery, build timelines, run client meetings, coordinate designers, developers and freelancers, manage deliverables and approvals, track hours, budgets and scope, and prevent scope creep.
• Assess, improve and own the agency’s workflows, tools and processes; introduce better systems and make the function their own.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations lead in a true partnership and drive projects forward with initiative.
