Job summary

Marketbridge, a fast-paced B2B marketing agency, seeks a highly organized Project Coordinator to join our Workflow and Project Management team. This remote role supports planning and delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across client success, strategy, media, creative, and tech.

You will maintain schedules, track milestones, prepare estimates, and ensure clear briefs and timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related project coordination or marketing operations experience, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
• Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, communications, project management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, resourcing, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tasks, and status reports.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to keep work on time and within scope.
• Assist with project estimates and track hours, budgets, and scope.
