Bettervits, one of the fastest growing DTC groups in the UK, seeks a Creative Strategist to own paid social strategies, manage a seven-figure budget, and drive growth through high-converting content.

You will test and optimise UGC, brand-led and storytelling campaigns, working with creative and paid media teams to fuel the acquisition engine. Strong experience across Meta/TikTok and data-driven decision making is essential.

Formación

• 4+ years in creative strategy or performance roles.
• Experience in high-growth, paid social-led DTC brands.
• Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data for decisions.
• Portfolio of direct-response ad concepts or campaigns with measurable results.
• Experience briefing or directing creators or UGC production.
• Ability to explain insights and defend creative decisions with data.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse paid social performance (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) to identify winning elements.
• Translate data into creative direction for winning formats and messages.
• Develop high-converting ad concepts and scripts aligned with DTC journeys.
• Lead creative production by briefing UGC creators, influencers, and editors.
• Build and manage high-volume creative pipelines for rapid iteration.
• Own the testing roadmap with structured A/B tests and data-driven optimization.
