AtlasBrands is seeking a Creative Strategist to own the creative strategy for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You will operate as an autonomous strategist within performance pods, turning data and consumer insights into compelling ad concepts, scripts, and briefs to fuel rapid scaling.

You will conduct deep consumer, product, and competitor research, craft clear briefs and scripts, and partner with Video Editors for precise execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative strategy and paid social for DTC/e-commerce.
• Strong ability to translate data into creative direction and ad concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop data-backed creative strategies and ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Conduct consumer, product, and competitor research to identify positioning angles and hooks.
• Write production-ready briefs, scripts, hooks, and ad copy for direct-response campaigns.
• Guide video editors with direction and actionable feedback on outputs.
