Job summary

Uproot Clean is seeking a Creative Strategist to own paid social creative at scale across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin. You will lead a team of 5 creatives and work closely with media buying to turn data into scalable ads.

Ideal candidates bring direct-response copywriting expertise, a track record in performance-driven creative, and experience with DTC brands. This role is fully remote across the US, Canada, and Europe with a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Direct response copywriting expertise; can write, edit, diagnose what works.
• Proven track record creating performance-driven paid social creative at scale.
• Deep expertise with Meta/TikTok/AppLovin ads and creative testing methodologies.
• DTC/ecommerce background; experience scaling consumer products through direct-response creative.
• Extremely high output; consistent daily execution is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Own paid social creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin.
• Define angles, hooks, formats, and testing priorities by channel.
• Write briefs for video editors and graphic designers; provide rapid feedback.
• Manage and direct a team of creatives to ensure output quality and speed.
• Review performance daily with media buyers; identify winning patterns to scale.
