Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in DTC performance creative.
• Expert in hooks, storytelling, UGC direction, and scripting.
• Fluent in Meta and TikTok ad trends.
• Strong understanding of ad policies and FTC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Produce 20 performance concepts per week.
• Translate product benefits into compelling scripts.
• Direct UGC creators and manage video editing.
• Analyze performance data for quick iteration.
