Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Head of AI Efficiency to manage AI-enabled real estate delivery across a large account. The role operates in a two-in-a-box setup with client and JLL teams, owning prioritization, ROI measurement and program outcomes linked to the client’s objectives.

Qualifications

Actual operational fluency in how facilities operations, lease administration, project management and occupancy planning run day-to-day.
Proven executive-level program management with cross-team influence.
Fluent understanding of how AI and agentic AI are deployed in business processes.

Responsibilities

Measure ROI and establish a baseline with a consolidated ROI view across full scope.
Coordinate and prioritize AI activity across the account.
Own the take-to-production motion and deploy ideas with measurable impact.
Influence and coordinate cross-functional teams across the five lines and partners.
Maintain governance to avoid shadow-IT and data exposure, and decide what gets adopted into the roadmap.
