Job summary

JLL is seeking a skilled business development professional to proactively plan prospecting strategies and map target accounts in collaboration with sales and marketing. You will prepare briefs for internal teams, field inbound leads, and launch outbound campaigns to establish introductory calls with senior executives in potential CRE and facilities management clients.

The role emphasizes strategic outreach, stakeholder mapping, and cross-functional coordination to uncover valuable opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience building pipeline in Life Sciences or Facilities Management/CRE tech.
• Ability to craft targeted campaigns and account plans for strategic accounts.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through outbound and inbound activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan prospecting strategies for targeted accounts.
• Create client engagement plans and account maps with sales/marketing partners.
• Prepare briefs for Solution Development and Client Growth using research tools.
• Field inbound leads and launch outbound campaigns to set introductory calls.
• Secure meetings with senior decision-makers to explore opportunities.
• Facilitate intro calls to identify gaps in operations and translate them into opportunities.
