Job summary

JLL is seeking an Account Executive to lead strategic client partnerships for commercial real estate in the United States. You will develop and implement account plans, anticipate client needs, and drive sustainable revenue growth while building high-performing teams.

You will connect cross-region teams, manage budgets, mentor direct reports, and expand the book of business using best practices. This remote role offers a national footprint with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Facility Management and Commercial Real Estate executive leadership experience.
• Proven capabilities developing outsourced Integrated Facility Management solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
• Extensive experience hiring, training, and retaining large teams (100+) in client service environments.
• Demonstrated budget management experience with strategic financial oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or post-graduate studies preferred.
