P&E Constructors is seeking a Craft Recruiter to act as the HR liaison for project sites, coordinating onboarding, workforce documentation, and recruiting activities in a fast-paced industrial setting.

The role supports both union and non-union craft positions, requires strong communication, and travel up to 25% to assist with hiring events and project activities. Remote position with candidates located in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in HR, recruiting, construction support or admin coordination.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience with HRIS, onboarding systems, or workforce tracking systems preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced project environments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as HR and recruiting liaison for assigned project sites.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires and transfers.
• Assist with workforce documentation, employee records, and compliance tracking.
• Coordinate hiring for high-volume craft positions.
• Coordinate referrals with union halls and manage onboarding records.
