Job summary

P&E Constructors is seeking a Field Craft Recruiter to coordinate hiring on project sites across industrial construction. The role requires 100% travel, five 10-hour shifts per week, and active support for onboarding, documentation, and workforce reporting.

You will partner with project leadership, unions, and field staff to fill high-volume craft positions while ensuring compliance with labor agreements and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in HR, recruiting, construction support, or administrative coordination preferred.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Industrial construction or project-based workforce experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR and recruiting liaison for assigned project sites.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires and transfers.
• Assist with workforce documentation, employee records, and compliance tracking.
• Coordinate hiring for high-volume craft positions supporting industrial construction operations.
• Coordinate referrals with union halls and handle union/non-union hiring per project needs.
