P&E Constructors is seeking a Craft Recruiter to partner with field operations, recruiting, and HR on project sites across the United States. This remote, field-based role supports hiring coordination, onboarding, workforce documentation, and HR administration in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Travel up to 25% and experience with union/non-union labor is a plus. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or better), 3–5 years in HR or recruiting, strong communication, and bilingual

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of HR, recruiting, construction support, or admin coordination preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as HR and recruiting liaison for project sites.
• Support onboarding for new hires and transfers.
• Assist with workforce documentation and compliance tracking.
• Coordinate hiring for high-volume craft positions.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and onboarding records.
