Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years recruiting experience in industrial construction, maintenance, turnaround, fabrication or skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and attract qualified craft professionals via job boards, referrals, networking, and events.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple craft areas.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for immediate deployment.
• Partner with project managers and field leadership to understand staffing needs.
• Develop strategies to support large-scale turnarounds and capital projects.
• Monitor labor market trends to address staffing challenges.
• Provide updates and market intelligence to hiring managers.
