Job summary

Revalize in Jacksonville, FL, seeks an Account Executive to expand the Configure One customer base. You’ll own relationships, drive renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities while advising clients to maximize value from their CPQ investment.

Expect consultative selling, collaboration with Customer Success and Services, and occasional on-site demos; you’ll forecast and manage a strong pipeline using CRM and AI-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Proven consultative selling experience.
• Experience with renewals, upsells and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Target existing Configure One customers for upsell opportunities and new prospects with self-sourced and marketing-qualified leads.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services and Support to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct product demonstrations (virtual and on-site) and articulate Configure One’s value to executives and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline discipline using CRM.
