Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in CPG sales, account management, sales support, inside sales, or customer-facing sales
• Understanding of DTC, retail and eCommerce account execution
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of sales operations and workflows
• Requires a minimum of 15 trips per year for office visits, trade shows, and account pursuit
• Location: Must reside in Phoenix, Arizona for weekly meetings with Sales Team

Responsibilities

• Provide account-level execution and support across key customers (mid-tier); major retailers and eCommerce partners
• Assist in building promotional plans and coordinating execution with the Sales Team
• Develop plans aligned with CPG best practices and seasonal selling cycles
• Provide trade show support and manage relationships with niche buying groups
• Travel to pursue new business opportunities and support in-person meetings
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance product content, in-store education, and listing accuracy across channels
• Monitor account performance and sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist with onboarding and training of new retail partners and development of sales materials
• Assist with sales forecasting, product planning, and communications with Sales and Operations
• Begin managing a small portfolio of accounts to develop foundational sales experience
• Identify new customer segments and evaluate opportunities with senior sales managers
• Support the RMA process through Dogtra’s ERP system including tracking and samples
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
