Qualifications

• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 coding guidelines.
• Experience with outpatient coding and billing processes.
• Certification as CPC/CCA/CCS or AAPC required.

Responsibilities

• Assign ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes for outpatient records.
• Abstract essential data for tracking, reporting and reimbursement.
• Handle billing, keying and collections for client databases.
