Logan Health is seeking a Certified Professional Coder to join its remote coding team. The role focuses on accurate ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 coding for outpatient records, data abstraction for reporting and reimbursement, and billing activities for assigned client databases.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of coding experience and hold a nationally recognized coding certificate (CCA/CCS/CPC or AAPC). Remote work is offered with potential state restrictions.

Competenze

• ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 coding guidelines and practices
• Nationally recognized coding certificate (CCA/CCS/CPC or AAPC)
• Excellent organizational, communication and team skills

Mansioni

• Assign ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes for outpatient records
• Abstract data elements for tracking, reporting and reimbursement
• Handle keying, billing and collections for client databases
• Ensure documentation supports services and complies with regulations
• Maintain productivity and participate in continuing education
