Logan Health, a growing health system, seeks an experienced Certified Professional Coder for a fully remote role. You will assign ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes for outpatient records, abstract essential data for reporting and reimbursement, and support billing for assigned client databases.

Requirements include 1+ year of coding experience and a nationally recognized coding certificate. This is a full-time position with a day shift and competitive pay in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional coding experience.
• Must hold a nationally recognized coding certificate (CCA/CCS/CPC or AAPC).

Responsibilities

• Assigns ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes for outpatient records across multiple patient types.
• Abstracts essential data elements for tracking, reporting and reimbursement.
• Keyes, billing and collections for assigned client databases and ensures coding accuracy.
