Commify, a CPaaS leader, is seeking a super-talented Business Development Representative for its US Esendex Sales Team. You will lead front-line growth, generating a high-quality pipeline and supporting Account Executives, with training and team support to accelerate your career.

You will prospect, qualify leads, and schedule product demonstrations while researching target accounts and maintaining Salesforce data hygiene.

Qualifications

• Telecom or CPaaS experience in enterprise contexts is highly preferred.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: generate new business opportunities via high-volume cold calling, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Lead Qualification: assess infrastructure, pain points, timeline, and budget.
• Pipeline Generation: schedule discovery meetings and product demos for the AE team.
• Market Intelligence: identify decision-makers and tailor outreach to their needs.
• CRM Data Hygiene: log activities, notes, and signals in Salesforce for seamless handoffs to AEs.
