Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED required.
• Legal experience preferred.
• 1+ years of customer support / call-center / retail experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Remote work proficient with Teams/ Zoom / Outlook.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
• Document manipulation experience (PDFs).
• Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Quick learner and willing to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to courts on orders and status updates.
• Communicate professionally via calls and emails with court personnel and clients.
• Use Skye to process documents and update notes with accuracy.
• Handle outbound and inbound calls to assist courts and customers.
• Relay updated information from courts to servers and customers as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to identify root causes and inefficiencies.
• Navigate court dockets to understand document communication and import documents.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
