Border States is seeking a Cost Analyst to support cost management and pricing strategies for our open market business. The role focuses on cost competitiveness across product categories, SPA rationalization, and identifying opportunities for savings and profit improvement.

You will work with vendors and field personnel to gather market data, perform analyses, and present recommendations to stakeholders. The position offers a remote-friendly, employee-owned environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in procurement, pricing, or cost analysis preferred.
• Strong SAP experience and forecasting knowledge preferred.
• APICS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cost structures and market conditions to identify savings opportunities.
• Evaluate SPA programs and negotiate pricing with vendors.
• Prepare and present cost analyses to branch and company stakeholders.
• Support data analytics and market feedback for pricing decisions.
• Document and track cost savings and opportunities.
