UMB Bank is seeking a Senior Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager to lead a team and manage relationships with the bank's largest institutional clients. Responsibilities

• Lead and provide guidance to an assigned team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers.
• Handle all levels of responsibilities that CRM I-III perform in cultivating customer relationships.
• Resolve administrative issues and provide support to client staff at all levels.
• Provide guidance to junior staff.
• Operate independently to service large clients and resolve complex issues.
• Support existing institutional/corporate trust accounts including billing, fees, bond closing, cash and investment transactions.
• Recommend and submit new business for approval by senior leadership.
• Price business based on account structure; disseminate financial information to EMMA.
• Ensure accurate setup of issues on systems and respond to compliance exceptions.
• Review legal documents for operational mechanics and negotiate provisions with legal teams.
• Cross-train to learn other Corporate Trust roles and provide support.
