UMB Bank is seeking a Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager to lead a team and cultivate high-value client relationships. The role combines supervising junior staff, handling complex trust operations, and partnering with legal and compliance groups to ensure accurate, timely service for large institutional clients.

The position is full-time and remote, with a compensation range of $98,208 to $144,705.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide guidance to an assigned team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers.
• Handle all levels of responsibilities that CRM I-III perform in cultivating significant client relationships.
• Resolve administrative issues and provide support to client staff.
• Provide guidance to junior staff.
• Operate independently to service the largest clients and resolve complex issues.
• Support existing institutional/corporate trust accounts including billing, fees and transactions.
• Recommend and submit new business for approval by senior leadership.
• Price business based on account structure.
• Disseminate financial information to EMMA system as required.
• Ensure accurate setup of issues and compliance review across systems.
• Review legal documents to ensure operational mechanics are appropriate.
• Negotiate document provisions with corporate legal and compliance.
• Cross-train to learn other Corporate Trust roles.
