• Recommend new business and price work based on account structure.
• Disseminate financial information to EMMA system as required.
• Ensure accurate setup of issues, and aid compliance reviews.
• Review legal documents and negotiate provisions with counsel.
• Cross-train to learn other Corporate Trust roles and provide support.
