UMB Bank is seeking a senior Corporate Trust Relationship Manager to lead a team of CRM professionals and manage the most significant client relationships remotely. The role emphasizes client leadership, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration with legal and compliance to drive optimal outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years of relevant experience, and certifications such as CCTS.

Responsabilités

• Lead and guide a team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers.
• Handle complex client issues and service large clients independently.
• Support invoicing, fee recommendations, bond closings, and cash/investment transactions.
• Review documents for operational mechanics and compliance.
• Propose new business and obtain approvals from the senior leadership committee.
• Price services based on account structure and comparison to existing business.
• Disseminate financial information to EMMA system as required.
• Coordinate with corporate legal and compliance on document provisions.
• Cross-train to learn other Corporate Trust roles and provide backup.
• Other duties as assigned.
