UMB Bank is seeking a senior Corporate Trust Relationship Manager to lead a remote team serving large institutional clients. You will drive client relationships, oversee complex transactions, and coordinate with legal and compliance to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills.

• 5 years relevant experience in Corporate Trust or related field.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.

• Strong networking and strategic thinking.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct a team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers.
• Handle all levels of responsibilities for CRM I-III.
• Provide day-to-day support for institutional/corporate trust accounts, including billing and transactions.
• Prepare accounts for compliance review and address exceptions.
• Review legal documents and negotiate provisions.
• Assist in pricing and submitting new business for approval.
• Disseminate financial information to EMMA system as required.
• Supervise and develop staff; cross-train as needed.
• Address complex client issues and maintain client relationships.
• Address other duties as assigned.
