Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers.
• Resolve administrative issues and support client staff at all levels.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and operate independently for large clients.
• Support existing institutional trust accounts including billing and fee recommendations.
• Submit new business for approval and price based on account structure.
• Disseminate financial information to EMMA system as required.
• Ensure accurate setup of issues and compliance review responses.
• Review legal documents and negotiate provisions with counsel.
• Participate in cross-training to learn other Corporate Trust roles.
