Amex GBT is seeking a Travel Counselor to join our highly skilled remote team serving corporate clients. You will advise and arrange travel, research options, and ensure compliance with travel policies.

The role requires Sabre GDS knowledge and strong customer service skills, with flexible 24/7 shifts available across afternoons and weekends. The US base salary ranges widely based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Sabre GDS and international travel knowledge.
• Strong phone and email servicing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients (individuals and groups).
• Book domestic and international travel (air, rail, hotel) in varying complexities.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and provider requirements.
• Proactively research travel options and offer additional services.
• Collaborate with team to coach and improve service levels.
