Amex GBT is hiring Specialized Travel Consultants to book travel and accommodation for top clients from home. You will collaborate with your team to provide creative and timely travel solutions and an outstanding service experience.

Role requires 5+ years in travel, native Sabre GDS expertise, and excellence in client service. You will communicate across channels and aim to meet client policies while growing accounts. 24/7 Traveler Care environment with various shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in travel and understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel.
• Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs.
• Native GDS expertise in Sabre.
• Professional communication (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail.
• Act with integrity and protect traveler information.
• Understanding of the travel industry (business/leisure/airline reservations).
• Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently.
• Teamwork and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups).
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, including air, rail, road, and accommodations.
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email, and back office systems.
• Act as a trusted advisor by suggesting additional services to meet needs while adhering to travel policy.
• Work individually and with the team to meet goals and service metrics.
