American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Travel Counselor to join our remote team servicing corporate clients. You’ll advise and arrange travel across air, rail, and hotels, ensuring policy compliance and top-tier service.

The role requires native GDS Sabre experience, strong communication, and the ability to work 12-8pm ET shifts and weekends as part of our 24/7 Traveler Care operation. You’ll collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a culture of inclusion while delivering

Qualifications

• Passion for client service and proactive anticipation of traveler needs.
• Native GDS Sabre expertise and deep knowledge of international travel.
• Phone and email servicing experience with professional communication skills.
• Attention to detail and integrity in handling traveler information.
• Strong understanding of travel industry across business and leisure travel.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (air, rail, hotel).
• Conduct option analysis and proactively anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Coordinate domestic and international itineraries with complexity.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and provider requirements.
• Communicate clearly by phone and email; provide responsive service.
• Collaborate with team to coach and improve service levels.
