Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Travel Counselor for a 2-month W2 contract, fully remote based on EST hours, to support Amex GBT's corporate travel program. You will advise and book domestic and international travel for business clients, using Sabre and other tools, while ensuring policy compliance and high service standards.

This role emphasizes proactive service, collaboration with a team, accuracy, and the ability to upsell travel solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate travel booking and fare/ticketing basics.
• Proven ability to advise clients and adhere to travel policies.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups).
• Arrange domestic and international business travel (air, rail, hotel) with varying complexity.
• Operate Sabre GDS to issue and modify itineraries.
• Communicate with clients via phone, chat, and email, providing timely responses.
• Act as trusted advisor by suggesting additional travel services to meet needs within policy.
• Work solo and with the team to meet goals and service metrics.
