• Provide travel advice and bookings for domestic/international trips, using Sabre GDS. • Ensure policy compliance and excellent customer service. • Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, across a 24x7 operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ corporate travel experience.
• Native GDS expertise - Sabre.
• Professional communication (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry.
• Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and independently.
• Teamwork and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Analyze travel options and anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel (air, road, rail, hotels).
• Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) – Sabre.
• Ensure compliance with travel policy, provider policies and regulations.
• Provide courteous service and handle special customer requests.
• Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor and improve service levels.
