Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a Travel Counselor to join our highly skilled remote team, delivering outstanding service to corporate clients.

You’ll advise and arrange travel for individuals and groups, manage domestic and international itineraries, and ensure compliance with travel policies and regulatory requirements, using Sabre and other tools.

This role involves flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends to support a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Experience arranging domestic and international corporate travel.
• Proficient with Sabre GDS and related tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client service.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups).
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options to anticipate traveler needs and upsell services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international travel in various complexities (air, rail, hotel).
• Ensure compliance with travel policy, provider policies, and regulations.
