Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Global Servicing Travel Consultant to join a highly skilled remote team. You will advise and book corporate travel, ensure policy compliance, and provide exceptional service to clients across multiple markets.

Required include 2+ years in corporate travel, native Sabre GDS proficiency, and strong communication. Expect shifts from 6A to 11:30P EST with a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of corporate travel experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills in a travel environment.
• Proficient with Sabre GDS and travel policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients in US, Canada, UK and Australia.
• Research travel options and anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Book domestic and international travel (air, rail, hotels) with complex itineraries.
• Ensure compliance with travel policy and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with teams to coach and improve service levels.
