American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Travel Consultant to join our highly skilled remote team serving corporate clients. You will provide outstanding service, advise on travel options, and manage bookings from domestic to international destinations using Sabre.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a proven track record in client service delivery, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail while aligning with travel policies and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience delivering client service to corporate travellers.
• Proficiency with Sabre GDS for complex bookings.
• Solid understanding of travel policy compliance and supplier relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers, individuals and groups.
• Research travel options and anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Book domestic and international travel (air, rail, hotel) with varying complexity.
• Utilize Sabre and ensure policy compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to special customer requests with positive service techniques.
• Collaborate within the team to coach and provide feedback to improve service levels.
