Requirements include 5 years of travel experience, Sabre GDS proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in travel, preferably business travel.
• Proven client-service excellence and the ability to anticipate needs.
• Native GDS expertise in Sabre.
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and integrity in handling traveler information.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Book domestic and international business travel including air, rail, and accommodations.
• Utilize Sabre GDS to support bookings and ticketing.
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email; support back-office systems as needed.
• Act as trusted advisor, offering additional services while respecting travel policies.
• Collaborate with team to meet account goals and service metrics.
