Job summary

Amex GBT is hiring Specialized Travel Consultants to book travel and accommodations for our top corporate clients from the comfort of your home. You will collaborate with your team to provide creative, timely travel solutions and deliver an outstanding travel service experience.

In this role you’ll handle domestic and international itineraries, leverage Sabre GDS, and act as a trusted advisor while adhering to client travel policies. Flexible shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5 years of travel experience, with knowledge of fares and ticketing rules for air, car and hotel.
• Proven excellence in client service and proactive anticipation of needs.
• Native GDS expertise in Sabre and strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and integrity in handling traveler information.
• Understanding of the travel industry across corporate and leisure segments.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups).
• Arrange and book domestic and international travel for air, road, rail, and accommodations.
• Must have Sabre GDS experience.
• Communicate effectively via telephone, chat, email, and back-office systems.
• Act as a trusted advisor and sell additional services while adhering to travel policies.
• Work individually and as a team to meet goals and service metrics.
