Amex GBT is seeking Specialized Travel Consultants who work from home to book travel for top clients. You’ll collaborate with your team to deliver creative, timely travel solutions and an outstanding service experience.

Candidates should have 5+ years in travel, solid knowledge of fares and ticketing rules, and native Sabre GDS expertise. You will communicate clearly by phone, chat, and email, acting as a trusted advisor while adhering to policy and protecting traveler information.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in travel, preferably business travel.
• Strong understanding of fares, ticketing rules for air, hotel, and car rental.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Book domestic and international travel for air, rail, and accommodations.
• Must have GDS experience in Sabre.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat, email, and back-office systems.
• Act as a trusted advisor by using travel expertise to proactively advise and sell services.
• Work individually and as part of a team to meet account goals and service metrics.
